OUR MISSION
FourGreatWalls empowers our clients to create and maintain high performance and healthy buildings.

BACKGROUND
We began as an indoor air quality consulting business in 1998 (see Indoor Air Quality Management at www.iaqm.ca). Over the years we’ve expanded our services to include building condition assessments and reserve fund studies and FourGreatWalls was created to better describe what we do.

​FourGreatWalls collaborates with other professionals with experience and complimentary skills when the project dictates.

BUSINESS MANAGER
Karen Rollins is the business manager of FourGreatWalls. She graduated with a technical diploma in architecture in 1981 and has been working in the building industry for over 30 years. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alberta and a Master’s of Environmental Design (Environmental Science) from the University of Calgary where she studied indoor air quality and building science. Karen is a member of ASHRAE, IAQA, and AIHA.

EXPERT WITNESS
Karen Rollins is certified to testify in court as an expert witness in the areas of: indoor air contaminants, mould remediation, and indoor air quality management.
